Application for the management of rental properties. (Rental management for seasonal rental or year (apartment, house, studio, room, villa, cottage, etc ...) The application is divided into two screens: 1) A dynamic grid summarizing the monthly rental per apartment From this screen, you can: - Add an apartment by clicking the (+) button - Delete an existing apartment by clicking on the (-) button and selecting the apartment to remove (you exit this mode by clicking again on the same button (-)) - Edit the information of an existing apartment by a long press on the desired apartment - Delete an existing renting by clicking on the (-) button and selecting the renting to delete (you exit this mode by clicking again on the same button (-)) - Change of month using the arrows, or by clicking directly on the text "month / year" to go to another month faster - Create a renting by a long press on a square grid on the ingoing day, followed by another long press on the outgoing day (action redirects to the creation form of reservation) - Consult quickly (tooltip) details of a booking by simply clicking on a book (click on the bubble to remove this bubble) 2) A form of creation / modification of a renting From this screen, you can: - Change the date and time of ingoing and outgoing - Change the apartment where there is the renting - Set or change the booking price - Create a new tenant or select an existing (person who has already came on a previous renting) and fill or change the customer record (name, address, phone, email etc ...) with the possibility on this screen (buttons) to call the tenant or send an email to him - A button to save the booking (creation or modification), then return to the grid booking - A button to cancel all actions made on this screen and return to the grid booking For any further questions on the use of the application or the discovery of bugs, do not hesitate to contact me.What's new in Booking management & rental 1.1
