This software calculates the probability of finding no more positive axillary nodes in patients with positive sentinel node/s through total tumor burden value of sentinel nodes assessed by OSNA (one-step nucleic acid amplification) in patients with early-stage breast cancer. This app has two tools: Calculator based on logistic regression model recalibrated with total tumoral load and Nomogram that include the total tumoral load by OSNA and other variables.
